Portal Overview
Learn how to navigate the GaugeWell client portal and find what you need.
Navigation Structure
The GaugeWell portal is organized into five main sections, accessible from the top navigation bar:

| Dashboard | Your organization’s key metrics and scores at a glance |
| Proofing | Review and approve content before publication |
| Documents | Access reports, contracts, and other files |
| Visibility | Detailed visibility and SEO performance data |
| Content | AI-powered content suggestions for your business |
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home base. It shows:
- Overall Score - A combined measure of your digital presence health
- Trend Charts - How your scores have changed over time
- Action Items - Tasks requiring your attention
- Goals Progress - How you’re tracking against your business goals
Scores are updated regularly based on automated scans of your website and online presence.
Header Navigation
At the top right of the page, you’ll find:
- Notifications (bell icon) - Alerts and updates
- Help (question mark) - Quick access to this documentation
- Settings (gear icon) - Your account preferences
- Theme Toggle - Switch between light and dark mode
- Profile - Your account menu and sign out
Mobile Navigation
On mobile devices, the navigation collapses into a hamburger menu. Tap the menu icon to access all sections.
Keyboard Shortcuts
For power users, GaugeWell supports keyboard shortcuts:
