Your First Login
This guide walks you through logging into your GaugeWell portal for the first time.
Accessing the Portal
Go to the Portal
Open your browser and navigate to portal.gaugewell.io .
Enter Your Credentials
Enter the email address and password provided by your account manager.
If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset it.
Complete Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)
If your organization has two-factor authentication enabled, you’ll be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your email or phone.
Explore Your Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll land on your dashboard showing your organization’s key metrics.
What You’ll See
After logging in, your dashboard displays:
- Overall Score - Your organization’s combined digital health score
- Key Metrics - Visibility, website health, and reputation scores
- Action Items - Tasks that need your attention
- Recent Activity - Latest updates and changes
Troubleshooting Login Issues
”Invalid credentials” error
- Double-check your email address for typos
- Ensure Caps Lock is off when entering your password
- Try resetting your password
Account locked
If you’ve attempted to log in too many times with incorrect credentials, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support.
Browser issues
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere
