Account Settings
Manage your GaugeWell account preferences and profile.
Accessing Settings
Click the gear icon in the top navigation bar, or press G then S to go directly to Settings.
Profile Settings
Personal Information
Update your basic profile information:
- Name - Your display name shown in the portal
- Email - Your login email address (contact support to change)
- Phone - Optional contact number
Profile Photo
Upload a profile photo by clicking on the avatar icon. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF (max 5MB).
Notification Preferences
Control how and when you receive notifications:

| Content Ready for Review | Email, In-App, or Both |
| Score Updates | Weekly Summary or Real-time |
| Goal Milestones | Email, In-App, or Both |
| System Announcements | Email only |
In-app notifications appear as a badge on the bell icon in the navigation bar.
Theme Preferences
Light/Dark Mode
Toggle between light and dark themes:
- Light - Bright background, ideal for well-lit environments
- Dark - Dark background, easier on the eyes in low light
- System - Automatically match your device’s theme preference
The theme toggle is also available in the top navigation bar.
Security Settings
Change Password
- Go to Settings > Security
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click “Update Password”
Choose a strong password with at least 12 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Two-Factor Authentication
If available for your organization, enable 2FA for additional security:
- Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication
- Click “Enable 2FA”
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the verification code to confirm
