Overview

The Documents section provides a central location for all files related to your GaugeWell account, including reports, contracts, and marketing assets.

Document Types

Reports

Regular reports generated for your organization:

  • Monthly Performance Reports - Summary of your metrics and progress
  • Audit Reports - Detailed analysis of your digital presence
  • Competitive Analysis - How you compare to competitors in your area

Contracts & Agreements

Legal documents related to your GaugeWell subscription:

  • Service agreements
  • Addendums
  • Renewal documents

Marketing Assets

Files created for your marketing efforts:

  • Logos and brand assets
  • Stock photos
  • Design files

Finding Documents

Use the search bar at the top of the Documents page to find files by name or content.

Filters

Filter documents by:

  • Type - Reports, Contracts, Assets
  • Date - When the document was created or uploaded
  • Status - Active, Archived

Sorting

Sort your document list by:

  • Name (A-Z or Z-A)
  • Date (newest or oldest first)
  • Type

Downloading Documents

Click on any document to view it. Use the Download button to save a copy to your computer.

Reports are typically available in PDF format. Marketing assets may be available in multiple formats (PNG, JPG, PDF).

Document Retention

  • Reports are kept for 2 years
  • Contracts are kept for the duration of your account plus 7 years
  • Marketing Assets are kept while your account is active
