The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It provides a snapshot of your key metrics and any items requiring your attention.

The dashboard displays comprehensive metrics from the Northstar Auditor and Client Intelligence modules:

Northstar Auditor - Technical Performance

What it measures: Complete website analysis and scoring across all digital touchpoints.

This includes:

  • Core Web Vitals - Page speed, interactivity, visual stability
  • Technical SEO - Search engine optimization and indexing
  • Mobile Experience - Responsive design and mobile usability
  • Security & Accessibility - SSL, HTTPS, and accessibility compliance
  • Analytics Detection - GA4, GTM, and tracking verification
  • Bookability Assessment - Online scheduling and contact detection

Operational Intelligence

What it measures: Strategic insights and analytics for data-driven decisions.

This includes:

  • Benchmarking - Industry and competitive analysis
  • Goal Tracking - Progress toward business objectives
  • Trend Analysis - Historical performance and forecasting
  • Action Prioritization - AI-powered recommendations and insights
  • Multi-source Data - Integrated analytics across all systems

Understanding Your Scores

Each metric is scored on a scale of 0-100:

Scores are updated regularly based on automated scans. Major changes may take 24-48 hours to reflect.

Trend Charts

Below your scores, you’ll see trend charts showing how your metrics have changed over time. Use the date filter to view:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Year to date

Action Items

The Action Items section highlights tasks that need your attention, prioritized by importance:

  • High Priority (red) - Urgent items affecting your scores
  • Medium Priority (yellow) - Important but not urgent
  • Low Priority (blue) - Nice-to-have improvements

Click on any action item to see details and recommended next steps.

Goals Progress

If you’ve set business goals, the dashboard shows your progress toward each one with visual progress bars.
