Using Content Suggestions
Viewing Suggestions
Navigate to Content in the top navigation to see your personalized suggestions.
Each suggestion includes:
- Title - The proposed content topic
- Type - Blog, Social, Email, etc.
- Description - Brief overview of the content
- Why This Works - Explanation of the expected impact
Acting on Suggestions
For each suggestion, you can:
- Approve - Request that this content be created
- Save for Later - Add to your saved ideas list
- Dismiss - Remove from your suggestions (won’t appear again)
Approved suggestions are sent to your content team for creation. Once drafted, they’ll appear in your Proofing queue.
Rating Suggestions
Help improve future suggestions by rating them:
- 👍 This is relevant
- 👎 Not relevant for my business
Your feedback trains the AI to better understand your preferences.
Suggestion Frequency
New content suggestions are generated:
- Weekly for blog and email content
- Daily for social media ideas
Customizing Suggestions
Adjust what types of suggestions you receive in Settings:
- Go to Settings > Content Preferences
- Select the content types you’re interested in
- Add topics you want to focus on
- Exclude topics that aren’t relevant
