Portal Access + Pre-Formation Onboarding Overhaul

The client portal now gives clearer next steps for new users and no-plan/no-client accounts:

• Standardized access gates across Content, Proofing, and Visibility with explicit Upgrade or Client Setup actions (no silent empty states)
• Self-service billing clarity with direct “Start Self-Service Billing” paths for eligible users
• Opt-in demo preview only in gated areas (never automatic fallback), clearly labeled as demo data
• Pre-formation signup path for forming and idea businesses with a dedicated post-signup checklist
• Domain verification flow in onboarding and settings, including website-token verification, manual review fallback, and rematch prompts when account-to-business matches are detected

Admin Share Card Composer Refresh

The media-capture share card flow now supports richer invite design structure and formatting controls:

• Structured hierarchy for mobile readability: top invite section, value bullets, beta callout, and explicit CTA section
• Inline emphasis support in text fields using markdown-style formatting (**bold**, *italic*, ***bold italic***)
• Layout controls for render output: font preset, text alignment, divider/value-card toggles, content width, and vertical offset
• Renderer/API contract expansion so inviteCard payloads are normalized and safely clamped before rendering

Reliability and Test Coverage

• Added API tests for all /api/onboarding/domain-verification action branches
• Added component tests for DomainVerificationCard state transitions and error handling
• Added/validated E2E coverage for:
  • formed vs forming vs idea registration outcomes
  • no-plan/no-client gated navigation journey
  • signup without business info -> add website later -> rematch prompt on next login
• Stabilized Firefox behavior in the no-plan/no-client flow

Northstar Scoring Algorithm v1.1.0

Northstar algorithm versioning is now fully automated via app-semver, and the scoring system received significant hardening:

• Algorithm SemVer Automation - Algorithm version (v1.1.0) is now resolved automatically from the release manifest and package version — no more hardcoded strings. Each score written to the database captures the algorithm version at scan time.
• Enrichment Hardening - Northstar enrichment pipeline and proofing capture flows are more resilient to partial data and timeout conditions.
• Confidence Display - Score breakdowns now surface per-tier confidence percentages (e.g., Digital Foundation: 93%) alongside raw scores and weights.
• Weights Updated - scoring-base.yaml data updated to 2026-02-21 reflecting refined tier weights: Digital Foundation (45%), Market Authority (40%), Conversion Readiness (15%).
• Version History - Scores now include a “Version history” link and display “Algorithm v1.1.0 · Weights v1.0.0” in the score breakdown footer.
